We cannot believe another month has passed – time flies when you are BUSY. This month we have been VERY BUSY at both branches, in Bridge of Allan we have LISTED 12 new properties and have agreed SALES ON 13. In our new Linlithgow office we brought 7 NEW properties to the market and have AGREED 7 SALES. Our lettings department have agreed new lets on 4 of our 60 fully managed properties.

The team have kept it fairly quiet this month but have still managed to get out and about; Austin enjoyed a weekend in Manchester with friends, Marie and her husband went to the Edinburgh Playhouse to see 9-5 which is a film Dolly Parton starred in, Mark enjoyed a week off which he used to get his Christmas shopping started, Grant had a romantic weekend in Glasgow with his Girlfriend, and Jamie celebrated his Great Papa’s 97th Birthday. Most importantly, we celebrated the birthday of Lynne our Sales Negotiator – another years’ experience under her belt!!

Local Events

  • Linlithgow traditionally have a Christmas advent fayre which takes place on the last Saturday in November. This year it will take place on Saturday the 30th of November. The torchlight procession starts at 5pm which will walk to the cross and wait for the Christmas lights to be turned on.
  • Kingsfield are hosting their Christmas fair on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of December, tickets are available online from the Kingsfield facebook page. All tickets will allow entry for a two hour session at Kingsfield Christmas Fair where you will have the chance to meet and interact with our Pygmy Goats, Miniature Shetland Ponies, Alpaca, Miniature Donkeys and many more of our fluffy and feathery animals! Food and drink vendors will be in attendance as well as a range of stalls selling Christmas gifts and crafts, children’s craft area and selfie fun zone!
  • Get festive at Stirling Castle with a spot of mulled wine and the National Youth Choir of Scotland, as we prepare to Deck the Halls with an evening of Christmas Carols. On the 15th of December 2019.
