As forecasted the market has slowed down as it does at Christmas every year, both of our offices were placed under tier 4 restrictions and although this didn’t have any direct effect on our business it certainly had a knock-on effect.

Here’s how the figures are looking for November. Bridge of Allan brought 7 new properties to the market and agreed 17 sales, with Linlithgow listing 6 new properties and agreeing sales on 10. Our lettings stats for the month are 5 new fully managed properties and 6 properties were let agreed.
