At the time of writing this newsletter it has been 4 weeks since the government put the United Kingdom on lockdown. Which means we are 4 weeks closer to the lockdown being lifted, at time like these it is so important to take positives from the negative situations.
The team have now all settled into the working from home life, although there isn’t as much business to be done the team are all finding ways to keep busy. Lynne has successfully passed her Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime exam. Jamie has been busy studying for his propertymark level 6 in property management. The whole team has been watching Rightmove’s webinars on a daily basis. Austin has been organising weekly quiz’s for the team to keep the brains in check. Mark is busy keeping all of his landlords and tenants up to date with the latest regulations from the government. Marie, Lynne and Grant are keeping the sales side of things moving and getting sales across the line where possible. Austin is continuing with the day to day running of the business as well as virtual valuations via FaceTime and Zoom. The team are also keeping in touch with each other through Whatsapp and weekly meetings on Zoom.
