The Halliday Way – Happy New Year

As we start a new year, a new decade and 2020, we at Halliday Homes would like to thank all clients for your business since starting in June 2015 – Almost half a decade of TREATING OUR CLIENTS LIKE FAMILY. 2019 was a momentous year for the business as we continued to grow and open our second branch in Linlithgow where we have been welcomed with open arms and have really started to show the area what we do best – WE WILL SEE YOUR HOME AS IF IT BELONGED TO US!

We thought it would be good to reflect on some of our statistics for the year:

  • Over £55,000,000 in sales throughout both branches!
  • Sales ranging from £60,000 to £1,200,000!
  • Sales from Strath Tay to Livingston (68 mile radius)
  • In excess of 150 sold properties! 
  • On average 7.8% over asking price per property! With our highest at 32%!

Bridge of Allan had a market share of 38% for the year in the postcode areas we focus on!

Linlithgow, since opening in August has a market share of 14%. We hope to expand on this success and look forward to meeting new clients over the next decade! Happy New Year from our family to yours. 

Covid-19: Our branches are still open

During the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions and on the advice of the Scottish Government, our branches REMAIN OPEN under Tier 4 of Lockdown.
