Where on earth did February go? It went by like a flash – I’m sure we will all remember February 2020 as one of the wettest months on record… but that didn’t stop us! Both offices were hot off the marks this month with Bridge of Allan receiving instructions to list 14 new properties and the Linlithgow office have received 11 new instructions.
The team were busy in and out of the office with Austin and his family enjoyed a week skiing in the French Alps, Lynne had a great visit from her pen pal who lives in Florida – a shock to the system putting up with 2 weeks of rain. Jamie spent a long weekend in the Trossachs with his family, Mark has been busy packing up for his house move in March and Grant took his girlfriend to Vecchia Bologna for valentines day.
“We will sell your home as if it belonged to us”

TESTIMONIAL OF THE MONTH
“Austin and his team promised and delivered first class services for the sale and purchase of my properties. From the initial phone call to meeting and working with Austin and his team, they had market knowledge of my area and offered excellent guidance throughout the sale and purchase process. We quickly agreed on the buying and selling strategies and this was proven to be 100% accurate as I sold and purchased within a week. As a young businessman with a highly professional manner, it was a pleasure to work with Austin (and his team). You can’t put a price on that “personal touch” that Halliday Homes offer thanks to their in-depth knowledge of the local market. My advice to anyone contemplating buying or selling is make sure you speak to Halliday Homes before you do anything, you won’t regret it”

TESTIMONIAL OF THE MONTH
“Halliday Homes helped us sell our flat over winter time, a challenging time of year. Their local knowledge, presence in town, the viewings that their professional staff carried out and understanding how to best get our flat sold were key to their success in selling our flat so quickly. They handled a large amount of viewings in a short space of time and we were really grateful for their efforts. Jamie went the extra mile to provide a viewing by video for a viewer who couldn’t attend. That person went on to buy our property. We were absolutely delighted with Halliday and their exceptional service. We found that other estate agents either didn’t have that local knowledge and presence, weren’t prepared to do viewings or were domineering with their views on our property. Hallidays were like a breath of fresh air, offering a , friendly, professional service and have a great, positive attitude. My only hope is they will extend to Edinburgh by the time I need to sell this house!”
