The Halliday Way – September Update

Last month we talked about how CRAZY things had been post-lockdown, and that hasn’t changed! September was another incredible month with sales ranging from £90,000 to £1,050,000. We have noticed a slight decline in the number of New Listings coming to the market, Halliday Homes included, but it certainly hasn’t stop properties from selling – Those who are risking marketing their property in the current economic uncertainty are definitely taking advantage of being loan rangers with competition numbers dropping.

So how do our September figures look? Pretty good we must say. Bridge of Allan brought 16 new properties to the market and agreed 26 sales, with Linlithgow listing 17 new properties and agreeing sales on 10 – not bad huh?

“With all that has happened this year concerning coronavirus, lockdown and limited access to homes, it was a challenge to consider selling my property. The Halliday Homes team in Bridge of Allan were professional and proactive in all aspects of the sale. It was great to deal with a team of people who were all tuned in to what was happening; I dealt with everyone in the office and they each provided great service, which exceeded my expectations. I was aware that the market was fast and that external circumstances were changing, but the service was consistently good, and the necessary hygiene and safety precautions were in place. An offer was accepted or my property within three weeks of coming to market. I am a satisfied customer.”
