It’s now day 4 of the ‘lockdown’ and Halliday Homes have opened 6 new offices, home offices that is! Our staff are working from Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Falkirk, Larbert and Linlithgow. COVID-19 is undoubtably a scary time and has changed how we live and work, but it is in times like this that we grow and become better!
With people self isolating and the country on lockdown, we’ve had to think out of the box house and push the boundaries of what we can do for our clients. Thankfully, with the power of the internet and our fantastic IT support, we are able to offer a vast range of futuristic alternatives instead of the traditional face-to-face service that we pride ourselves on.
1. 3D Tours – We have called upon Matterport, a service which allows out team to carry our 3D Tours of all our active listings. We have included this FREE of charge to allow buyers to view a property from the comfort of their sofa. You can see these tours by clicking the link below:
2. Virtual Communication & Appraisals -The team are utilizing the latest apps and staying connected by using Zoom, Facetime WhatsApp. This is allowing the team to talk as if we were all in the same office which is keeping everyone up to date on the latest information from the government, NAEA & ARLA. With the above apps, it will also allow Austin, Lynne and Mark to carry out virtual appraisals, share market knowledge and current trends. We understand that the property market isn’t the most important thing right now but if you would like to have your property valued by our local experts, then please do not hesitate to contact us. 
3. Virtual Viewings – We will be unable to carry out face to face viewings until further notice. Like the above, our vendors are happy to carry our virtual tours via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp – all you need to do is ask! We will arrange a date and time for you to call the clients. All viewing requests we do receive will be added to the database and as soon as we are able to carry these out, we will make contact with you. 
4. Trusted People – We work with a wide range of local companies that are the backbone of the property world – Solicitors, Mortgage Advisors, Removals and Surveyors. We are in regular communication with these people and will keep you up to date and things evolve.
